Before using our website, app, or booking any classes, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions. They explain your rights and obligations when using our Services and include important details about limitations of liability and other legal terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Some Good Moves (“the Studio”), operated by Some Good Moves ApS (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Some Good Moves provides Lagree fitness classes, memberships, workshops, events, and related services, as well as products and digital content, through our website, mobile app, and physical studio located at example-xyz.com (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Some Good Moves ApS, governing your access to and use of the Services. By creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our Services (whether through our website, app, or in person), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of and consideration for this agreement.

We have also implemented a Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please read it carefully to understand our practices regarding your information.

By accessing or using our Services in any way, including visiting or browsing our website, using our app, booking or attending classes at our studio, or interacting with any of our online content or materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our Services immediately and refrain from accessing, installing, or using any related materials, software, or content.

2. Account Information and Use of Services

To access and use our Services, you are required to create an account (“Account”) and provide certain personal details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Services that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

Some Good Moves ApS is the sole owner of the information collected through our website, app, and studio systems. We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details (credit/debit card or bank information) when you make a purchase, contact us, or use our Services.

We will use this information solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you, for example, to manage your bookings, process payments, or respond to your inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers when necessary to process your transactions or deliver our Services (such as payment processors or booking platforms).

Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email or other communication channels to share updates, class information, events, or announcements, as well as any changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may only participate in classes or use our Services with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will be legally responsible for the membership and will be liable for all payments associated with the membership

3. Account Security

You may only maintain one active Account at any time and must not permit any other person to use your Account to access or utilize our Services. Likewise, you may not use another individual’s Account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your password and login details at all times. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access or use of your Account, you must notify Some Good Moves immediately.

Creating multiple Accounts under different email addresses or identities for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related Accounts.

We reserve the right to take any actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity and security of our Services and your Account, including, without limitation, resetting your password, requesting verification information, suspending or terminating your Account, or investigating suspicious activity.

Some Good Moves ApS expressly disclaims any liability for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials or to comply with this section.

4. Acceptable Use of Our Services

You may use the Some Good Moves website, app, and studio services (collectively, the “Services”) only for lawful and authorized purposes, and always in accordance with these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards in the country or jurisdiction where you reside or access our Services.

We expect all members and users to behave respectfully and to uphold the rights, safety, and dignity of others, both online and in our studio.

• Violates any law or regulation, including Danish and international laws, or is otherwise unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited.
• Disrupts or interferes with the enjoyment or use of the Services by others, or damages, disables, or impairs our website, app, studio, systems, or reputation.
• Uses the Services or any related content for commercial gain or financial benefit without our prior written approval.
• Attempts to compromise or interfere with the functionality, performance, or security of our website, app, or studio infrastructure.
• Uses automated means (such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access, collect, or monitor data from the Services.
• Tests, scans, or probes the performance or security of the Services without explicit authorization.
• Publishes, uploads, or transmits content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by us.
• Distributes unsolicited material, including spam, advertising, or promotional content or solicits other users for commercial purposes.
• Shares or uploads sensitive personal information (e.g., financial details, identification numbers, or medical data) unless specifically requested by us for legitimate business reasons.
• Copies, reproduces, sells, rents, or redistributes any part of the Services or their content without authorization.
• Impersonates another individual or entity, or misrepresents your relationship with Some Good Moves or any third party.
• Introduces or transmits malicious software, viruses, or any harmful code intended to damage or interfere with our systems, software, or data.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code, architecture, or underlying functionality of the Services.
• Creates or markets a competing product or service, or uses our Services to analyze or determine the scope of our intellectual property.
• Encourages or assists others in violating these Terms or any applicable laws.

Any misuse of our Services may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.

Some Good Moves ApS reserves the right to take any steps necessary to protect the integrity, safety, and operation of our Services and community.

5. Purchases, Memberships and Class Packs

5.1 General

Some Good Moves offers Lagree fitness classes, memberships, class packs, gift cards, retail items, beverages, and other related products or services (collectively, the “Products”). These may be purchased through our website, mobile app, or directly at the Studio.

All memberships and class packs are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Class credit packs may be used to bring a guest only if the specific product explicitly allows it. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information, login credentials, and payment details remain accurate and up to date in your account.

By purchasing or using any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please note that all purchases made must be made according to your age, in case of a wrong purchase we withhold the right to cancel the transaction to comply with tax regulations.

5.2 Types of Access

Monthly Memberships: Renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

Class Packs: Include a defined number of classes or a validity period as specified at the time of purchase. Once the validity period has expired or all sessions have been used, unused sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intro Packs: The Packages First Move and Keep Moving, can each be bought once per client. Intro offers must also be purchased according to your age group. In case of double purchase within the wrong age group we withhold the right to charge you the full amount for a session credit (1 credit package).

5.3 Payments and Billing

All purchases must be made in advance via our website, mobile app, or in person at the Studio.

Recurring membership payments are billed automatically each month on your billing date. Prices are shown in Danish kroner (kr.) and currently do not include VAT. If VAT becomes applicable under Danish law, it will be added to the listed prices at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

If a payment fails, your account may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed. Repeated failed payments may result in the cancellation of your membership and loss of booking privileges.

You may choose to store a payment card securely on file within your Some Good Moves account. By doing so, you authorize Some Good Moves ApS to charge your card for any in-studio purchases or recurring payments, unless an alternative payment method is provided at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to make improvements or changes to our Products, add new features, or discontinue Products at any time without notice. This includes the right to:

• Modify Products, pricing, or promotional offers without notice or liability;
• Limit quantities available for purchase;
• Decline or cancel orders, including accepted orders, in cases of pricing or availability errors, or for any other reasonable cause.

If we do not process an order for such reasons, you will not be charged, or the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

5.4 Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotional codes, discounts, or limited-time offers. These must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers, applied to previous purchases, or used by resellers or commercial entities. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

5.5 Taxes and Payment Processing

If legally required, VAT will be automatically added to the purchase price at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and acknowledge that your payment information is handled in accordance with their privacy practices, available at https://stripe.com/legal.

6. Bookings, Cancellations and No-Shows

You are solely responsible for managing your own class reservations, waitlists, and cancellations through your Some Good Moves account.

When you arrive for class, please check in with our front desk team or confirm your name via the self check-in system to ensure your attendance is registered. If you are not checked in at least 2 minutes before the session begins, your reformer may be released to a client on the waitlist.

To maintain the quality and flow of every session, late arrivals will not be admitted once class has started. This ensures a safe, uninterrupted experience for all participants.

6.1 Booking Responsability

You are responsible for managing all your bookings and cancellations in accordance with our policies. If you accidentally reserve multiple classes, join multiple waitlists, or double-book a session, Some Good Moves is not responsible for these errors or any associated charges.

Waitlisted spots are automatically allocated 2 minutes before the start of class in the order generated by our booking system. Early arrival does not affect waitlist priority.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes.

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the session start time will automatically return the credit to your account for future use.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will result in the loss of that credit and a kr. 40 late cancellation fee.
• This includes any changes to session times, switching to another class is considered a cancellation and must also be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellation and no-show fees are clearly displayed during the booking process and before payment confirmation.

If you have booked through ClassPass or Bruce Studios, cancellations made within 12 hours are handled according to ClassPass’s policies, and any applicable fees or penalties will be processed through their system.

6.3 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled class (“no-show”), the same policy applies, your session credit will be forfeited, and a kr. 40 no-show fee will be charged.

6.4 Guest Booking

If you have booked multiple spots for you and a guest, please note that each booking needs to be cancelled individually.

6.5 How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, log into your account on our website or app, go to “Profile” → “Bookings”, and select “Cancel”next to your scheduled class.

6.6 Waitlist Policy

If a session is fully booked, you can add yourself to our waitlist, provided you have a valid class credit in your account.

When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be assigned this spot and receive a confirmation via email. Spots are assigned based on the order that clients sign up for the waitlist.

The waitlist closes 4 hours before the class start time.

If you are assigned a spot within 12 hours of class start time and are unable to attend, you will be responsible for the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee.

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time. Clients will be pulled from the waitlist automatically until 4 hours before the class start time. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you do not plan to attend. If you are pulled from the waitlist and do not show up for class or late cancel:

• Your class credit will be forfeited, or
• You will be charged a kr. 40 late cancellation / no-show fee.

To check your waitlist status, log into your account, go to “My Info” → “My Schedule”. Classes you are waitlisted for will display as “Waitlist Unconfirmed”. If you no longer wish to attend a session, remove yourself to avoid being charged.

7. Membership Changes, Freezes and Termination

7.1 Cancelling your Membership

Monthly memberships renew automatically on each billing date unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Before completing your purchase, you will clearly see that the product renews automatically and the terms for cancellation.

For monthly memberships, you may cancel your plan at any time after a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. Cancellations require a a fourteen day notice, either by e-mail or in your account, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. (This means you can cancel your membership after two months, going into effect with the end of your third billing cycle, if canceled in time 14 days before the end of your current billing cycle). Your membership will remain active and accessible until the end of that cycle.

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your online account at example-xyz.com, selecting “Profile → Memberships,” and choosing “Cancel.”

Once you have cancelled, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your cancellation. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be charged after that date.

7.2 Freezing your Membership

Membership freezes are not generally permitted. However, in the event of a documented medical condition, injury, or other significant personal circumstances, you may request a temporary freeze of your membership. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Some Good Moves management. Freeze requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your next billing date to be considered.

7.3 Termination by Some Good Moves

Some Good Moves reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership, without refund of any fees already paid, if you:

• Fail to make timely payments;
• Breach these Terms & Conditions or any posted studio rules; or
• Engage in conduct that endangers others, disrupts classes, or causes damage to studio property.

In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused services, remaining classes, or membership time.

8. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Class Credits and Memberships

Class Credits and Memberships are not eligible for refund or a withdrawal. By completing a purchase for a membership or class pack that begins immediately after payment, you expressly consent that the service starts within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Memberships and class packs are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit packs may allow you to bring a guest only if explicitly stated.

8.2 Physical Products

Our studio offers merchandise, grip socks, beverages, and other items (“Products”) for sale in-studio.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges:

• Products must be unused, unworn, unopened and in new condition.
• Returns for a full refund can be made within 7 days of purchase, credited to the original payment method. If we cannot process the original payment, a studio gift card may be issued instead.
• Exchanges can be made within 30 days for items of equal or lesser value. Price differences for exchanges within 7 days of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. After 7 days, the difference will be issued as a studio gift card, valid for 30 days.
• Beverages bought in-studio cannot be refunded unless the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products marked as final sale or limited edition.

How to Return or Exchange: Contact us at the contact page to initiate a return or exchange. A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

9. Studio Rules and Conduct

9.1 Arrival

Please arrive at least five minutes before the session starts to allow time for check-in and setup. If you are not present at check-in two minutes before the session begins, your spot may be given to another waiting client. In such cases, your credit will not be refunded, and a no-show fee of 40 kr. will apply.

If it is your first session, please arrive fifteen minutes early for an introduction to the studio and equipment to ensure a safe and proper setup. Late arrival may result in you not being allowed to participate, and your credit will not be refunded. The studio opens fifteen minutes before each session.

9.2 Attire and Equipment

Grip socks are mandatory for all sessions at Some Good Moves. Please wear appropriate workout clothing that allows freedom of movement and supports a safe practice. Clients are expected to follow their instructor’s guidance throughout the class to ensure correct and safe use of the Megaformer and other equipment. No glass bottles are allowed inside the class rooms or changing rooms.

9.3 Behaviour

We expect all clients to treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your membership or class credits without refund. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for everyone.

Failure to follow the rules below, or any additional instructions from staff, will not be tolerated and may result in denial of access, being asked to leave the studio, or permanent expulsion from all Some Good Moves services:

• Be mindful of all studio inventory and equipment.
• Do not slam Megaformer carriages back toward the front platform or misuse the machines.
• Do not place personal items on the machines; use designated storage areas or bins on the handlebars.
• Use the Megaformer and other studio equipment only for their intended purpose and with all required components (e.g. springs).
• Perform only exercises instructed by your trainer unless specific modifications are approved due to injury, pregnancy, or similar reasons.
• Keep all phones on silent mode. Use of phones or electronic devices during class (calls, messages, photos, or videos) is prohibited unless cleared by the instructor for a valid reason such as medical adaptation.
• Do not interrupt or distract trainers unless there is a health or safety concern.
• Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Clothing must be appropriate for the class; excessive nudity or overly revealing attire is not permitted.
• The use of illegal substances, drugs, heavy medication, alcohol, or marijuana, or attending class under their influence, is strictly prohibited.

These rules establish the basis of our behaviour policy and are not intended to be exhaustive. Studio staff and management retain the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these rules at their discretion in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.

9.4 Filming/ Photo Policy

Recording of classes or distribution of such material is strictly prohibited without written consent by the studio owners.

Lawful content such as Instagram posts, stories, tiktok, photos for personal memories etc. is prohibited as long as you are being respectful of other members, trainers and staff around you and not taking any form of content without their consent.

Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the class or permanent exclusion from Some Good Moves services.

9.5 Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for temporary use during your session. Some Good Moves is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Found items will be kept in our Lost & Found for a limited period before being donated or disposed of. We encourage clients to keep valuables at home whenever possible.

9.6 Studio Wi-fi

We may offer complimentary Wi-Fi for client use. By connecting to the studio network, you acknowledge that Some Good Moves does not guarantee network security or uninterrupted access. You are solely responsible for your own data security, privacy, and usage while connected to the studio Wi-Fi.

10. Acknowledgement of Health and Safety

By accepting these Terms, enrolling online, or taking part in any class, event, activity, or program provided by Some Good Moves, whether held in our studios, through digital platforms, or by using our equipment and related services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand and accept that participation in the classes and programs offered by Some Good Moves involves certain risks, including the risk of physical exertion, injury, or other adverse effects that may result from engaging in strenuous physical activity.
• You voluntarily choose to participate in a program that may include intensive and full body training. You recognise that the level of difficulty and exertion may vary from class to class and that participation requires a degree of physical fitness, coordination, and awareness.
• You acknowledge that Some Good Moves strongly advises all participants to consult a qualified medical practitioner before starting any new fitness or exercise program, particularly if you have any existing health condition, injury, or concern.
• You confirm that you have been adequately informed of the nature of the activities provided and understand that participation may involve potential physiological reactions or injuries, which may include, without limitation, increased blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, loss of balance, heart attack, muscle strain, or other serious harm.
• You represent that no licensed medical professional has advised you to refrain from physical exercise, nor have you been informed of any medical or cardiac condition that would make participation in Some Good Moves classes unsafe or unsuitable.
• You confirm that you are not aware of any injury, disability, illness, or other medical condition that could be aggravated or worsened by participating in our classes, sessions, or other related activities.
• You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your own physical condition and to immediately discontinue participation if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms of distress.
• You understand that Some Good Moves instructors and staff are not medical professionals and that any guidance, instruction, or advice provided during classes or events is intended solely for general fitness purposes and not as medical advice or treatment.
• You accept full responsibility for your participation in all sessions, activities, and events organised by Some Good Moves and agree that you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• If you are pregnant, you agree that:
• you will inform your instructor prior to class; and
• you have consulted your doctor or healthcare provider, who has approved your participation in our classes or services.
• are aware that you cannot participate as a first time participant without consulting with studio management before.

If you are recovering from an injury or illness, or if you have any medical condition, limitation, or sensitivity such as sensitivity to sound, light, or temperature, you must inform your instructor before the class begins so that appropriate support and reasonable adjustments can be provided where possible. Your disclosure allows Some Good Moves to promote a safe training environment but does not create any obligation for medical supervision or special accommodation beyond what is reasonably practical.

You acknowledge that classes offered by Some Good Moves are designed as high intensity workouts intended to challenge strength, balance, endurance, and coordination. You understand that the studio environment may include loud or energetic music, which on occasion may contain explicit lyrics, as well as changing room temperatures that may vary with class size, weather, or equipment use.

By participating in any class, event, or activity, you confirm that you understand, accept, and assume all conditions associated with the studio environment and the physical nature of the workouts. You further acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk, and that Some Good Moves, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction arising from your participation, except where limited by applicable law.

11. Temporary Closures and Schedule Changes

Class times, instructors, programmes and locations may change without notice.We may temporarily close the Studio or suspend classes for maintenance, holidays or events. Notice will be given via our website and app where possible. These cases will NOT lead to compensation from our side, credits are re-issued into your account. If we cancel a session less than 12 hours before the start time, we will still re-issue your credit for that class, no matter the cancellation policy.

12. Expert Content, Information and Content Disclaimer

Some Good Moves may make available information, guidance, or opinions provided by instructors, guest contributors, or other professionals through our website, mobile application, social media platforms, newsletters, or in-person classes (collectively, the “Expert Content”). Any such information reflects the individual experience, expertise, and perspective of the contributor and does not necessarily represent the views, policies, or opinions of Some Good Moves.

From time to time, the Services may include discussions or references to nutrition, dietary supplements, physical activity, or general wellness practices. This material is provided solely for general informational purposes and is not intended to constitute, or be a substitute for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. None of the content should be interpreted as a statement of the effectiveness or suitability of any product, diet, or routine for the prevention or treatment of any medical condition. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any such information.

Certain blogs, articles, testimonials, and other written or visual materials made available through our Services may include opinions, recommendations, or experiences related to our classes, products, or services. Some of this material may originate from third parties and may not reflect the position or endorsement of Some Good Moves. Even when created by us, such materials are intended for informational and educational use only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of outcomes or performance.

Our Services may also reference or include information about community events, partnerships, or charitable initiatives. These references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or official association unless expressly stated in writing by Some Good Moves.

All information provided through our platforms, whether created by Some Good Moves, our instructors, or third parties—is made available “as is” for general informational use. Some Good Moves makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any such content. Any reliance on this information is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Some Good Moves reserves the right to update, amend, or remove any content, service, or material on its website, app, or social channels at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services and are not responsible for any temporary or permanent unavailability of any portion of our platforms or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Some Good Moves expressly disclaims any and all representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the Expert Content or any other informational materials made available through the Services. This includes, without limitation, any statements or claims concerning health, fitness, or product effectiveness, which have not been independently verified or scientifically substantiated.

You acknowledge and agree that no content or communication from Some Good Moves constitutes medical or professional health advice, and that we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Some Good Moves shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your reliance on information or materials obtained through our website, classes, or other Services.

13. Community Forums, Interactive Features and User Content

13.1 User Contributions and Submissions

You are solely responsible for any text, images, videos, reviews, communications, or other materials that you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Some Good Moves website, mobile application, social media channels, or any other platforms controlled by Some Good Moves (collectively referred to as “User Content”).

Some Good Moves reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, edit, remove, or refuse any User Content for any reason, including where such content is inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.

By submitting or sharing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith;
• You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and authority to share the User Content; and
• The User Content does not violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or related to your User Content, including any breach of intellectual property or privacy rights.

By submitting or otherwise making available User Content, whether directly through Some Good Moves’ platforms or indirectly through third-party services such as social media tags, mentions, or hashtags referencing Some Good Moves, you grant Some Good Moves a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and promote such content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes. You also grant other users of the Services permission to view and interact with your User Content in accordance with platform functionality and these Terms.

Feedback and Ideas

Any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or related materials that you provide to Some Good Moves regarding our Services, including recommendations for improvements, new classes, events, or features (collectively, “Feedback”), are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing such Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Some Good Moves may freely use, reproduce, modify, or implement the Feedback for any lawful purpose;
• You are not entitled to any compensation, acknowledgment, or ownership rights unless expressly agreed in writing; and
• The Feedback may overlap with concepts already in development by Some Good Moves.

You should not submit any ideas, materials, or proposals that you wish to keep private or for which you expect credit or payment.

Personal and Sensitive Information

Any personal or sensitive information provided through official communication channels—such as contact forms, membership registrations, or booking systems—will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Such information will not be made public or shared except as described in that policy or as otherwise authorized by you.

13.2 Community Forums and Interactive Features

Some Good Moves may make available various interactive or community-based functions within its Services, including but not limited to discussion forums, message boards, blogs, review sections, promotional spaces, or similar channels (collectively referred to as the “Interactive Features”). These areas allow users to post, upload, or share content, express opinions, or communicate with other users.

All content submitted or displayed through Interactive Features (“User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the individual who created or posted it. Some Good Moves does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any User Content and acts solely as a passive host for such materials. User Content may include commentary, advice, or information regarding the use of our Services or equipment that has not been reviewed, tested, or approved by Some Good Moves. You should not rely on User Content as professional or official guidance and should always follow instructions provided directly by Some Good Moves staff.

Some Good Moves reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content or to restrict access to Interactive Features at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You acknowledge and agree that all Interactive Features are public forums, and any content or information you submit may be visible to other users and third parties. Participation in these areas does not create an expectation of confidentiality or privacy. Some Good Moves personnel, contributors, or other participants may post under pseudonyms or anonymous usernames. Users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct may be suspended or permanently denied access to the Interactive Features.

The Services may also include functions enabling you to share content externally, such as by email or through social media. You agree to provide only the contact information of individuals who have consented to receive such materials. By submitting another person’s contact details, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their explicit permission to do so.

Prohibited User Content

You agree that any User Content submitted to Some Good Moves, including within Interactive Features, must not contain, promote, or reference any of the following (“Prohibited Content”):

• Material that discriminates against or encourages discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, marital or familial status, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, income source, or any other status protected under applicable law;
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material, including links to such content;
• Content that encourages, depicts, or instructs others to engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct;
• Private, confidential, or personally identifiable information belonging to third parties;
• Material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party; or

Any content deemed by Some Good Moves, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose or spirit of the Services.

Some Good Moves retains absolute discretion to determine whether any User Content constitutes Prohibited Content and may remove, edit, or disable access to such material at any time without notice.

14. Use of Mobile and App-based Services

Some Good Moves provides certain features and functionalities that may be accessed or used through mobile devices, including the ability to book or purchase classes, receive alerts or communications, and interact with other aspects of the Services via a downloadable mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Mobile Services”).

Access to the Mobile Services is offered without any additional charge from Some Good Moves. However, you acknowledge that your mobile network provider may apply standard data usage, messaging, or other service fees. You are solely responsible for verifying applicable rates, terms, and limitations with your mobile carrier. Availability and functionality of Mobile Services may vary depending on your device, operating system, or network, and Some Good Moves does not guarantee that all features will function on every platform or device configuration.

If you download or use our mobile application through an App Store such as Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the application is also governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that App Store provider. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are entered into solely between you and Some Good Moves, and not with Apple, Google, or any other App Store provider. Some Good Moves remains fully responsible for the App, its content, performance, and support obligations. App Store providers have no responsibility for providing maintenance or support services and make no warranties with respect to the App.

The license granted to you for use of the Mobile App is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, except where otherwise permitted under applicable App Store programs such as Family Sharing or organizational purchases.

15. Account Termination

Some Good Moves reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to actual or suspected violations of these Terms. Such action may be taken with or without prior notice, and Some Good Moves shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

You may choose to cancel your account or terminate any active membership at any time by following the instructions available on your “My Account” page or by contacting the studio directly through phone or email. Upon cancellation, your access to certain features or content may cease immediately. Cancellation policies apply.

If your account or membership is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or credit for amounts already paid, including any unused classes, sessions, or membership packages.

Some Good Moves retains the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms and to take any action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Services and the community.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Some Good Moves services, including our website and mobile app, may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or integrations. We may also maintain a presence on, and link to, social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and others (collectively, “Social Media Sites”) to provide information about our services and allow users to share experiences.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party websites, integrations, or Social Media Sites;
• We do not endorse or verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party content, comments, or material;
• Any content posted by users on Social Media Sites or third-party platforms does not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or values of Some Good Moves;
• Your use of third-party websites, applications, integrations, or resources is entirely at your own risk and is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party provider.

We strongly recommend that you review all applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using such services.

17. Intellectual Property

All materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, software, code, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, music, videos, interactive elements, and other related materials (collectively referred to as the “Content”), as well as all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other brand identifiers (collectively referred to as the “Marks”), are the exclusive property of Some Good Moves ApS or are lawfully licensed to it. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest, together with any associated goodwill, remain vested in Some Good Moves and its licensors.

Your access to and use of the Services does not grant you any ownership or proprietary rights in the Content or Marks. Except where expressly permitted under these Terms or authorized in writing by Some Good Moves or the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content or Marks, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Some Good Moves grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, informational, and entertainment use in connection with the Services. This license does not permit any commercial use or the sharing of Content with third parties. You must not alter, edit, or remove any copyright notices, ownership marks, or source identifiers contained in or associated with the Content.

You agree not to interfere with, disable, or attempt to bypass any security measures, digital rights management systems, or technological protections integrated into the Services that control or restrict access to the Content. Some Good Moves reserves the right to modify or remove any Content at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Any ideas, feedback, suggestions, or other materials that you submit or communicate to Some Good Moves in relation to the Services shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Some Good Moves without any obligation of acknowledgment or compensation.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your use of the Content is limited to lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, and you agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

18. Liability and Indemnification

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and use of our services involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Some Good Moves ApS, including its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives (collectively, the “Entities”), shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes, events, or use of our services, except where liability arises due to our own negligence causing personal injury or damage covered under mandatory Danish law.

By using our services you agree to release, indemnify, and defend the Entities from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your use of the services, classes, or facilities;

2. Your conduct or interactions with other participants or users;

3. Your breach of these Terms; or

4. Any misuse of the services or equipment.

If a third-party claim is made against the Entities, we will notify you promptly and may request your reasonable assistance in defending the claim at your expense. You agree not to settle any such claim without our prior written consent. Some Good Moves reserves the right, at its sole discretion and expense, to assume the exclusive defense of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification obligations, in which case your obligation to defend us in that matter will end.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your indemnification obligations are broad and include all claims arising from your actions, participation, or violation of these Terms, except as limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where such limitation would be contrary to mandatory Danish law. In particular, this limitation of liability does not apply to liability for damage to personal property or for personal injury resulting from our own negligence, nor does it affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Danish or EU law.

19. Service Interruptions

Some Good Moves may temporarily or permanently suspend access to our services without prior notice for various reasons including, but not limited to, security measures, maintenance, repairs, system failures, or other similar circumstances (collectively, “Service Interruptions”). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or discount for any such Service Interruptions.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All services provided by Some Good Moves, including but not limited to the website, mobile application, software, content, materials, and products (collectively referred to as the “Services”), are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Some Good Moves, together with its affiliates, partners, and content providers, makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties are expressly disclaimed, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted operation
• Quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, or any warranties arising from prior dealings, usage, or trade practice

Some Good Moves and its content providers do not warrant or represent that the Services, or any information, software, materials, or products obtained through them, will be accurate, reliable, secure, free of errors, or suitable for your intended use. Accessing, downloading, or using any content or material from the Services is done solely at your own risk. Some Good Moves does not guarantee that the Services or any files, data, or materials are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

Some Good Moves shall not be responsible for:

• Any product, service, or information made available by third parties through the Services; or
• The quality, actions, or conduct of any third party encountered in connection with the use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Some Good Moves and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Services, even where such damages are foreseeable.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Some Good Moves, its affiliates, partners, or licensors exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product, service, or content giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, some of the above provisions may not apply to you, and the liability of Some Good Moves shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

21. Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We handle all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We only collect and store the data necessary to manage your bookings, payments and communications. You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data and to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet.

22. Prices and Price Changes

Prices for memberships, class packs and other services may be changed by us without further notice or liability to any clients. We will do our best to notify you of any price changes. If you do not agree with a price increase on your membership you may terminate your membership with one full month’s notice before the next billing date.

23. Entire Agreement, Severability, Waiver, and Governing Law

These Terms, together with any other binding agreements entered into between you and Some Good Moves, represent the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties concerning the Services. They replace and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

The failure of Some Good Moves to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall any single or partial waiver constitute a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable in full.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Danish law. Any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer residing in another member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence as permitted by applicable European law.

25. Other Agreements and Policies

By participating in such promotions, you agree to follow those rules, which may include eligibility requirements such as age or location restrictions. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the applicable rules to ensure your participation is valid.

If you are employed by Some Good Moves, any content or materials provided on our website or app do not form part of, and should not be considered, an employment contract or offer of employment.

The products and services provided by Some Good Moves may be offered only in specific jurisdictions and may not be available, accessible, or suitable for use in all countries or regions. Where additional local terms apply, such local terms shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Some Good Moves does not represent or warrant that any content, material, product, or service available through its website or application is appropriate, lawful, or compliant for use outside of Denmark. Access to or use of the Services from any other jurisdiction is undertaken at your own initiative and at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect or limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim or dispute before the courts of your local jurisdiction. These Terms are not intended to exclude or modify any mandatory consumer protections afforded to you by applicable law.

These Terms, together with any related documents, notices, or communications, are provided in English. A Danish summary may be made available upon request. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Danish versions, the English version shall prevail for Danish consumers.
