Why it works

Meet the machine.

The Lagree Megaformer uses springs, a moving carriage, fixed platforms, straps and handles to make slow work feel precise.

The Megaformer

The innovative centerpiece of the method. With adjustable springs and platforms, it adapts to every fitness level for a dynamic, full-body workout that is challenging yet supportive.

Slow movements

Slow, controlled movements target muscle fibers for maximum strength building. Form over speed means deeper engagement and more effective results.

Low impact

Despite the intensity, the workout is gentle on the joints and spine. It stays accessible and sustainable for a wide range of bodies.

Lagree vs Reformer Pilates

Similar machine.
Different intensity.

If you are searching for Reformer Pilates in Copenhagen, Lagree will feel familiar at first glance: springs, straps, carriage, and control.

The work is slower, more continuous, and built around constant tension. At Some Good Moves, the Megaformer gives you a low-impact way to build strength, core control, endurance, and stability in one focused session.
