Frequently asked questions.
New to Lagree or new to us? Here's everything you need before your first shake on the Megaformer.
The basics
Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout performed on a machine called the Megaformer. It focuses on slow, controlled movements that build strength, endurance, stability, and mobility at the same time, combining strength training, core work, and cardio into one efficient, joint-friendly session. We promise you'll love it.
Not exactly. They can look similar, but Lagree is done on a Megaformer with slow, controlled movements under constant tension, combining strength, core, endurance, and balance in one session.
Reformer Pilates tends toward quicker movements and mobility, with more pauses between exercises. Lagree is more intense and continuous, while staying low-impact and joint-friendly.
Lagree is for everyone, regardless of fitness level or training background, as long as you are 18 or older. Whether you're new to training or coming from strength, running, or another practice, our instructors offer options and progressions so you can work at your own level while still being challenged.
Congratulations! You're welcome on the Megaformer as long as you've been cleared by your healthcare provider to work out. If it's your first time with us, please send us a quick message first so we can talk you through modifications.
We also run a weekly Mommy Moves class, a no-stress space to find modifications during pregnancy and postpartum. You can bring your kids, and no advance notice is needed for that class.
Before you arrive
Just yourself and a pair of grip socks. Bring water and a towel if you like. We also sell water and grip socks at the studio, and towels are free for members, otherwise 15 DKK.
Yes. There are changing rooms, lockers, and showers to freshen up after class. Towels are free for all members, otherwise a 15 DKK charge applies.
First time? Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Otherwise, 5 to 10 minutes before class is perfect. Doors close 2 minutes before the start time, and after that entry isn't guaranteed.
There's plenty of space to park your bike outside. Car parking in the area is very limited, so we recommend coming by bike, taking the M3 to Enghave Plads, or the bus that stops right around the corner.
We've got you covered. There's a water station to fill your bottle, plus water for purchase. After class, grab a coffee to stay and hang out, or take one to go.
The studio opens 20 minutes before class starts. For the last class of the day, or when there's no class after, it closes 30 minutes after class ends.
